Starting September 25, ACMHS will offer a new group for teens focusing on feeling identification, body modulation, competency, stress education and management, mind/body connection, mindfulness, and yoga. Group will meet Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30, September 25 through November 20 (no group on October 23) in the U-Med district at our Folker Street building.
